**Same-Day Cancellation Policy** We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. To ensure fairness to all of our clients and to maintain efficient scheduling, we enforce the following cancellation policy for appointments cancelled on the same day: - **Appointments cancelled on the same day:** We kindly request a minimum notice of 24 hours for any cancellations. Appointments cancelled on the same day may be subject to a cancellation fee. - **Cancellation fee:** A cancellation fee of 35.00 may be charged for appointments cancelled on the same day. This fee helps compensate the provider for their time and prevents disruption in our schedule. If you paid a deposit you will not be subjected to this fee. (Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a different service on a different day if need be) - **Rescheduling:** We encourage clients to reschedule appointments rather than cancel them whenever possible. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any necessary changes. - **Exceptions:** We understand emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. We will consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
