We value your time and ours to provide the best possible experience for all clients, we ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made with at least a 24 hour notice. 📅 Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance A fee will apply for same-day cancellations based on the total cost of the scheduled service: Services under $100 → $25 cancellation fee Services $100 and over → 25% of the total service cost Note: If a deposit was paid, it will be applied toward the cancellation fee or held as a credit toward rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date or service with proper notice. ❌ No-Shows If you miss your appointment without any prior notice: You will be charged 50% of the service fee Future bookings may require full prepayment if there are two no call no shows. 🔄 Rescheduling We encourage rescheduling instead of canceling. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid fees and keep your deposit credit. ❤️ Emergency Exceptions We understand that unexpected things happen.
